As a small shop, each piece we make is handcrafted to order, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. If you still have questions, feel free to send us a message — we’re always happy to help you find the perfect fit from the start.
That said, if there’s ever an issue or defect with your item, please reach out. We stand behind our gear 100% and will gladly make things right if a mistake was made on our end.
What are your leashes and collars made with?
Our leashes are handcrafted using Beta BioThane® — a waterproof, stink-proof coated webbing proudly made in North Ridgeville, Ohio, in the USA.
BioThane® is incredibly strong yet lightweight, won’t absorb water, odors, or dirt, and is super easy to clean. It’s the perfect material for durable dog gear that still looks great, adventure after adventure.
Is BioThane® chew proof?
Overall, no. BioThane® leashes, collars, and tugs are made from high-quality materials and built to last, but they aren’t designed to be chewed on.
That said, all BioThane® Ball Tugs should be used as a supervised play toy — not a chew toy — to keep them safe and lasting as long as possible.
How to clean and care for Biothane®?
To clean Beta BioThane®, just wipe it down with a damp cloth for everyday dirt.
For heavier grime, use warm soapy water (a little mild dish soap works great) and a soft brush, then rinse and let it air dry.
BioThane is waterproof and super low-maintenance, but be sure to avoid harsh chemicals like bleach, acetone, or products containing DEET, as they can damage the material.
How durable are the Fleece Rabbit Tugs?
Fleece Rabbit Tugs are meant for interactive play with your dog — they’re not designed to be left out for unsupervised chewing.
Each tug is made from three strands of soft, durable fleece braided together with real rabbit fur to create a fun, enticing texture dogs love.
These tugs are perfect for engagement, training rewards, and building a strong bond through play.
